Preparation

1 Stop the engine.

2 Push the air bleed valve on top of the hydraulic oil tank and bleed air.

3 Remove plug (1) from the pilot filter. Install the adapter (ST 6069) and the pressure gauge (ST 6942) to the pressure check port.

: 19 mm

4 Start the engine. Confirm that no oil leakage is observed at the pressure gauge connecting part.

5 Maintain the hydraulic oil temperature at 50±5 °C.

 

Measurement

1 Follow the test conditions specified below.

2 Measure the pilot pressure without load by using the pressure gauge under each test condition in the table.

3 Repeat the measurement three times and calculate the mean values.

Primary Pilot Pressure Adjustment Procedure

 

Adjustment

1 Remove plug (2) from relief valve (1).

42mm

2 Install the estimated quantity of shims (3).

3 After the adjustment, tighten plug (2).

: 25+2 N·m

4 After the adjustment, check the set pressure.

Procedures:

1 Click Operation Check of [Coolant Control Valve].

2 Click [Start].
The forced operation is continued while “Executing” is displayed.
Click [Stop] if you want to stop the forced operation.
• One Time … If 60 seconds pass, it will stop automatically.
• Continuous … ON / OFF of valve ie reperted every 5 seconds.

 

3 Turn the key switch OFF.

 

 

Please carry out only in the state of key switch ON.

Coolant Control Valve checking of operations cannot be carried out during engine operation.

[Procedures]

1) Please change into a key switch ON state (Engine stopped)

2) Depress start button.

one timefor 60 seconds turns on a valve (Opened).it turns off automatically in 60 seconds(Closed).

Continuation:

ON(Opended)/OFFidosed) of a vaive is repeated every 5 seconds.Please depress a stop button to stop.

3) Piwase check whether the operation sound of Coolant Contrcl Vaive can be heard.

4) After work tum key OFF.

1 Connect a personal computer installing MPDr. to the connector in the cab (refer to the below illustration) with a USB serial cable, an interlink cross cable, and a connecting harness.

2 Turn the key switch ON or start the engine.
